Geri is instinctually clever and has a strategy for everything real estate.

She earned three real estate designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). She has a master's of science degree and is an instructor for the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI), a national company that trains real estate agents across the world.

Through advanced education and experience, a pulse on the real estate market, and a support team of experts, she is poised to attain any of your real estate goals.

Our Concierge service option facilitates high-impact cosmetic renovations and professional staging to ensure your home sells for top dollar, faster, all with no cash out of pocket. From staging to cosmetic improvements, we will work together to assess opportunities to elevate your home’s value. We also offer a renovation program for homeowners that are staying in their home and/or just purchased their home. These two programs are called "Ready to Sell" or "Ready to Stay."
